Founder/Agency Principal
Philip Lichter, the Founder and Senior Producer, has worked in insurance for 38 years. Moving from working in an agency while he was a college student to founding his own successful insurance agency has developed his precise knowledge in insurance. Alongside his knowledge of the industry, Philip's dedication to his clients drives his compassionate business operation standards.
Philip works between both of his insurance agencies -GPA Insurance West/Armor Insurance Professionals and GPA Insurance East -- to help his clients.

Heather is a proud and dedicated member of Team GPA Insurance. She has been working here since 1999. Heather is a well-respected member of the insurance industry. She is efficient, thorough, and detailed oriented. She works tirelessly to provide her clients with the best insurance options available to them and prides herself in educating her clients about the details of their coverage.
Heather is extremely excited to work on the energetic campus of the University of Buffalo. She is a proud alumna, graduating in 1998. She is also proud of her Buffalo roots and lives in the city with her dog Chance.
